I have lived at the complex for over 6 years and I love it. Found it on Apartments.com at that time when I moved in and as soon as I saw the neighborhood I was hooked. Small, quiet and quaint. Management is on-site and always happy to help. Great school district and having a neighborhood with different nationalities helps a great deal.

The Maintenace staff is the best. They always get out as fast as they can and are so friendly. The answer all my silly questions I have with no problem at all. They always go over and beyond what the call is . They make sure the issues is fixed/working before they leave and always clean up after themselves. I am so happy with the work they do and their friendliness, even with my teens laying in the way. Thanks for all you do Northgate!
